We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Sales and Recruitment professional to dive into the fast-paced world of agency recruitment. This role spans the full spectrum of our industry, from driving business development, calling, emailing, and prospecting, to managing accounts by engaging with clients and candidates. This is a remote position operating on PST hours, with monthly office days. To thrive in this position, we care more about your ability to speak to clients, manage candidates, and land new accounts then having direct recruitment experience. We can teach you the recruitment industry and how to find and source candidates. You will however, need to grasp our industry quickly, and come with a proven track record in closing deals, building a robust pipeline, writing compelling emails, and can engage with C-suite decision-makers. On the flip side, you’ll also step into the headhunting side of recruitment, utilizing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to source top talent and ensure successful placements. Day to day.. Sales/BD... Drive new business through cold calling, emailing, prospecting and landing new accounts - using the phone, writing great emails, LinkedIn prospecting is what you excel at. You will close and sell clients on working with us via ZOOMs/Teams meetings. Working our tech stack to nurture leads and manage accounts and follow-ups Client management Staying up to date on industry trends, hot start-ups, and reviewing places to land new work Hitting and exceed monthly revenue goals Sourcing and Headhunting... (once you land new work, you will work on those jobs)... Source, vet, and qualify candidates - using LinkedIn Recruiter Interviewing and qualify candidates over the phone Research, find, and run projects Candidate management Presenting candidates to clients Writing candidate summaries Learn the story and narrative behind each job opportunity Must haves.. Degree OR MBA Be a culture fit Can showcase your sales results, skills, and ability to win business KPI and Quota experience.. hitting weekly, monthly and quarterly targets Tech savvy and able to learn different platforms - LinkedIn recruiter C-Suite sales experience (we don't care about what industry you have sold into) you must have managed the process from "order to cash" , and can talk through your process You must have solid Excel skills Strong administration skills and exceptionally organized - can work with CRMs, and Spreadsheets Skilled at asking the right discovery questions to uncover needs/pains A high level of professionalism, drive and entrepreneurial spirit Compensation.. Salary/Draw: $60-80K + Uncapped Commission
