Our client, a rapidly growing Furniture & Home Decor Sourcing Company, is looking for a Sales Executive to join the team! Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can effectively balance sales responsibilities with project management duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for both generating sales leads and managing projects from inception to completion. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving between. Responsibilities: Sales Associate/Territory manager Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Communicate with Overseas office.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
- Monitor project progress and communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any issues or concerns.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft office.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Driver’s license, car and Valid travel passport.
