Our CEO, is looking for a Strategic Projects Manager to be his trusted partner in driving key initiatives across the company and beyond. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, enjoys managing a variety of projects, and has a “get it done” attitude. About the Role As Strategic Projects Manager , you will be the execution force behind critical initiatives, supporting the CEO in managing diverse projects from ideation to completion. You will collaborate with internal teams, investors, partners, and external stakeholders, ensuring projects move forward efficiently. Your work will span investor presentations, branding projects, employee engagement programs, nonprofit initiatives, and even personal projects that the CEO is passionate about. You will work closely with the CEO’s PA and company leadership, serving as an extension of the CEO when needed. This role is remote, with occasional international travel (~15 days per year). What You’ll Do • Project Execution: Own special projects from start to finish—whether it’s preparing investor decks, coordinating internal initiatives, or launching branding efforts. • Communication & Representation: Act as an extension of the CEO, crafting clear and professional communications on his behalf. • Cross-Team Coordination: Work with various teams to ensure alignment, clear roadblocks, and get things over the finish line. • Strategy & Organization: Structure ideas, prioritize initiatives, and create execution plans for projects that matter. • Problem-Solving: Be resourceful and proactive in tackling challenges, bringing solutions, and maintaining momentum. • High-Level Administrative Support: Assist in managing key documents, scheduling priorities, and coordinating tasks between the CEO and stakeholders. What You Bring • 3+ years of experience in project management, executive support, operations, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills —clear, concise, and professional. • Strong ability to listen, take direction, and execute independently . • High adaptability—able to pivot quickly as priorities change. • A “get it done” mindset —willing to roll up your sleeves and push things forward. • Experience working with senior executives or founders in a dynamic, startup-like environment. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Friendly yet direct attitude—able to build relationships while keeping efficiency top of mind.
