Job details
The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities. In addition to reporting all financial and operations information to company management, this candidate is responsible for hiring, training, and dismissing any employees at the branch. Responsibilities
- To achieve all assigned KPIs targets according to the PAM scorecard.
- To market new relationships and ensure that budgeted run rate of Account Opening is achieved.
- To ensure that quality lending relationships are tapped and booked after detailed scrutiny and effort.
- To maintain a close liaison with the clients, make personal calls to them and ensure to build sustainable business relationships.
- To supervise the Branch's Staff, review their performance and support them in achieving their personal targets.
- To solicit Debit Card, Autos, Credit Card, Personal Loan, Net banking propositions, Lockers, etc to ensure to achieve their respective targets.
- To market Investment and Wealth Management Products.
- To build up the concept of cross sell among branch team.
- Provide leadership to the operations at the Branch level.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from HEC recognized University.
- Minimum 4 year's of relevant experience for Alpha, Bravo and 2 year's of Charlie and Delta branches.
- Must have strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
- Must have strong Marketing/Relationship Management Skills.
- Strong Decision Making skills.
- Clear understanding and knowledge of regulatory procedures, bank's rules and regulations.
