In this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of solar energy solutions, from design and engineering to installation and commissioning. Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
2. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in solar system installation and commissioning.
3. Strong technical expertise in solar system design, including:
1. PV system sizing and design.
2. Electrical design and calculations.
3. Grid-tie and off-grid system design.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
5. Proven ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVSyst, Helioscope).

1. Lead the implementation of solar energy projects, including:
1. Supervision of mechanical and electrical works.
2. Installation, commissioning, and powering of complete solar systems.
3. Develop and design customized solar solutions to meet client-specific requirements.
4. Actively participate in technical sales activities to promote solar products and services.
5. Prepare comprehensive proposals, design layouts, and system configurations.
6. Provide expert technical support to clients throughout the entire sales and implementation process.
7. Collaborate closely with the installation team to ensure successful project execution.
