Job Title : Email Specialist Coordinator/Secretary to Managing Director Location : Rehman Medical Center, a Subsidiary of Rehman Group of Companies Salary : PKR 40,000 - 60,000 per month Job Type : Full-time About Us : Rehman Medical Center is a leading healthcare provider under the Rehman Group of Companies. We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Email Specialist Coordinator/Secretary to support the Managing Director in managing email communication, office tasks, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and respond to email correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical files, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings and communications.
- Act as the first point of contact for the Managing Director, handling inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Assist in the preparation of company communications and emails.
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director as needed.
- Ensure smooth workflow within the office by assisting with various organizational tasks.
- Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines.
- Proven experience as an email specialist, secretary, or administrative assistant.
- Strong proficiency in email management, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and communication tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or corporate environment is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- Additional certifications in administrative or secretarial training will be considered a plus.
