As a Senior Full Stack Engineer on the Kiwibank User Experience team, you will work alongside a dynamic group of experts to build and manage solutions that empower our employees and drive efficiency across the organisation. You will collaborate with product leads, engineers, and QA specialists to create tools that make a real impact on our workforce. Our team is spread across Auckland and Wellington, and we value a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and shared success. Our work involves significant frontend development using technologies like React, module federation, and GraphQL. As we move towards building a comprehensive experience layer, we need a talented Full Stack Developer with strong .NET skills to help drive this initiative forward. This is us. Where your expertise matters. Key skills and experience we are looking for:

1. 5+ years as a Full Stack Engineer with solid expertise in both frontend (React, TypeScript, CSS) and backend (C#, .NET Core, Docker) development.
2. Hands-on experience with GraphQL API development and integration (including both GraphQL and RESTful services).
3. Familiarity with modern build tools and testing frameworks such as Playwright and React Testing Library.

Bonus (not essential but advantageous to have):

1. Experience with event-driven architecture (e.g., Kafka, Cloud Confluent) and deploying services on Kubernetes (K8s) and AWS.
2. Experience with performance monitoring (Dynatrace) and feature flagging (LaunchDarkly).
3. Familiarity with state management (Redux), Apollo Client, and React NX.
