Job Title: Facilities Manager - Gym Operations and Property Management Company: WTF Gyms Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India Employment Type: Full-time Workplace Type: On-site Seniority Level: Associate Job Description: WTF Gyms is looking for a skilled and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the complete management of all WTF Gyms properties. This includes end-to-end operational oversight, sponsor coordination, physical inspections, and ensuring compliance across multiple properties. The ideal candidate will ensure all properties operate at the highest standards, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role demands someone with experience in managing gym facilities or similar industries, with a keen eye for operational details, regular audits, and property upkeep. Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of all WTF Gyms properties, ensuring smooth functionality across locations.
- Oversee all aspects of property management, including sponsor requirements and tenant relations.
- Conduct regular physical inspections and ensure weekly audits for operational compliance and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain schedules for property maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Ensure all gyms meet safety, brand, and operational compliance standards.
- Act as a point of contact for property-related issues, promptly addressing concerns from tenants, sponsors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor contracts, vendors, and service providers to maintain the highest level of service quality.
- Ensure timely reporting of operational performance, audits, and compliance metrics for all facilities.
- Drive improvement initiatives across properties to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams and sponsors to align property performance with brand standards and goals.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in facilities or property management, preferably in the fitness or gym industry.
- Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with maintenance protocols, regulatory compliance, and safety standards.
- Inspection & Auditing: Proven ability to conduct regular audits and physical inspections with actionable results.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Tools: Experience using property management systems or tools is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
