UIG Architects Sdn Bhd is a fully registered architectural practice providing a wide range of architectural, design and project management consultancy services seeking qualified individuals to join us as:
- Prepare and develop architectural drawings of various architectural stages to meet Client’s request specification;
- Prepare drawings for high-rise buildings, mixed development, commercial or master plan environments;
- Prepare and develop sketch designs into working drawings for submission to Authorities;
- Prepare working drawings and details for tender and construction;
- Assist in technical coordination with Consultants;
- Assist and support Architects in a variety of architectural projects;
- Maintain and manage architectural drawings, documents and other related data in an organised manner;
- Ensure works comply with Malaysian Authority’s regulations;
- Safeguard any confidential information relating to project issues, financial and administrative matters in the absolute interest of the company;
- Undertake ad hoc assignments as and when required.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Architecture (Minimum CGPA: 3.2 and above);
- A creative individual and quick learner;
- A team player with good articulation and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
- Able to think strategically and assist in design/documentation;
- Sound knowledge of local codes and approval processes in Malaysia;
- Good knowledge of design development, detailing and construction practices;
- Able to coordinate and direct other consultants in all phases of architectural services;
- Required skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, MS Project, Adobe Photoshop, Revit, Lumion, etc;
- Malaysian citizens only.
