The Evolve program is the strategic initiative of Orange Business. Its objective is to pivot from a historically network-related operator model to a leading digital integrator model to meet the needs and new expectations of our clients, who want to consume network-related, secure, and high-performance services as they do with their IT infrastructure services in the cloud. This includes the ability to compose, deploy automatically, operate services themselves (via UI, API), and pay per use. All entities of Orange Business (CTIO, GDO, Products & Marketing, Orange Business France, and Orange Business International), as well as our partners OINIS and INNOV, are stakeholders in this exciting transformation and delivery program. This program establishes a platform model that builds a common future for network-related services. It is emblematic as it encompasses major transformations at the IT level (API, modular approach, on-demand consumption), operations (automation, DevOps), infrastructure (IaaS/infrastructure service, virtualization, containerization), work methodologies (scaled agility/SAFE, value-driven management, modularity, end-to-end approach, cross-functional teams), marketing (value distribution inspired by the IT world), as well as our professions and skills. This translates into a new approach to defining our telecommunications services, their construction, associated services, and delivery. In this program, the way to consider, implement, expose, and share various data will constitute the backbone of the platform. The challenges are to support the principles of modularity, service composition on a common platform, and to enable strong scalability and the emergence of innovative value models

**Skills and Profile**-minimum 10 years of experience in large programs -Ability to understand business, technical, and operational challenges. -Master degree is a plus -SAFe certification - Curiosity, eagerness to discover and learn, and the ability to understand and integrate contributions from  experts. - Experience in rigorous data handling, from modeling to IT implementation, including mastery of relevant tools and protocols (UML, TeleManagement Forum/OpenDigitalArchitecture (ODA), OpenTelemetry). - Strict adherence to confidentiality rules inherent to data protection. - Recognized for your ability to federate and animate contributors across functions. - Valued for your aptitude to inspire, drive, and bring forth new/innovative approaches or solutions. - Fluent in English, and French is a big plus
