Additionally, we've established a new manufacturing facility in Bursa, Turkey, to cater the growing demand for our innovative product Position Overview The Marketing Engineer combines technical expertise with leadership and marketing skills to drive the promotion of the company’s power electronics products. This role involves managing marketing activities, collaborating closely with the marketing team, and ensuring that the technical and creative aspects of campaigns align with the company’s goals. As a key liaison between technical and creative teams, the Marketing Engineer will oversee branding, market research, website management, and product positioning to deliver impactful campaigns. Key Responsibilities Team Management and Collaboration
- Lead and oversee the marketing team, including graphic designers, video editors, and application engineers, ensuring effective execution of campaigns.
- Provide technical guidance to the marketing team to create accurate and compelling content.
- Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor progress to ensure alignment with project timelines and company objectives.
- Develop and execute technical marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create world-class videos, brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials.
- Ensure branding consistency across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Lead efforts to research market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities in power electronics.
- Analyze competitor strategies and provide insights to refine the company’s marketing approach.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings, showcasing product expertise.
- Work with the sales team to deliver technical presentations and support customer acquisition efforts.
- Collaborate on the development of technical whitepapers, case studies, and product application notes.
- Translate complex technical information into clear, engaging content for marketing materials.
- Serve as a bridge between customers, the marketing team, and the R&D department to ensure customer feedback informs product improvements.
- Provide insights on market demands to guide product development and marketing strategies.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities and track results to optimize campaigns.
- Regularly report on marketing performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee and manage the company website, ensuring it is updated with the latest content, product details, and marketing materials.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, email marketing, and social media promotions.
- Analyze website traffic, engagement metrics, and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with web developers, designers, and content creators to enhance the website’s user experience and branding.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field. An MBA or marketing certification is a plus.
- 1–3 years in a marketing or technical role, preferably in the power electronics or related industry.
- Experience managing or working closely with creative teams (graphic design, video production).
- Strong understanding of power electronics products and their applications.
- Familiarity with tools like MATLAB, PSpice, or equivalent for technical analysis.
- Experience with branding, campaign management, and content creation.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, social media).
- Strong understanding of SEO, website analytics, and online advertising strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance technical detail with creative marketing strategies.
- Prior experience leading a marketing team or technical sales team.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
