Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Liaise and follow up with vendors for timely supplies of materials.
- Keep detailed records on procurement activity, materials quantity, specifications, etc.
- Evaluate and select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and foster long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to forecast procurement needs and align with operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and ethical practices in procurement processes.
- Continuously assess market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative products.
- Strong knowledge of hospital equipment, including biomedical, pharmaceutical, and surgical supplies.
