Job Title: Senior IoT Lead Location: SITE Area Job Type: Full-Time Office Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Industry: IT Industry Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior IoT Lead to spearhead our Internet of Things initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IoT technologies, a proven track record in the IT industry, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative IoT solutions. Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of IoT solutions that align with business objectives.
2. Manage and mentor a team of IoT engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
3. Collaborate with various departments to integrate IoT systems seamlessly into existing infrastructure.
4. Oversee the integration of hardware and software components to ensure cohesive IoT ecosystems.
5. Monitor and troubleshoot IoT systems to maintain optimal performance and address any issues promptly.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to keep our IoT solutions at the forefront of technology.
7. Develop and enforce security protocols to safeguard IoT systems and data integrity.
8. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring best practices in IoT development.

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on IoT projects.
3. Industry Background: Preferably from the Information Technology sector.

1. Proficient in IoT platforms such as AWS IoT, Azure IoT, or similar.
2. Strong understanding of IoT communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, CoAP) and networking standards.
3. Experience with embedded systems and hardware integration.
4. Knowledge of cloud computing and data analytics as they pertain to IoT.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
