Position Overview

The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the CEO and executive team, facilitating the smooth execution of operations across the organization. This role involves coordinating and aligning initiatives, supporting strategic planning, and ensuring effective communication within various departments. The Chief of Staff will oversee key projects and provide leadership to improve operational efficiency and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO to execute organizational strategies and objectives
• Serve as a liaison between executives and department heads to ensure cross-functional harmony and transparency
• Oversee tax compliance and manage employee performance and deadlines
• Lead and manage special projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and assist in developing long-term business strategies
• Analyze operational performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
• Prepare reports and provide insights to support executive decision-making
• Manage board relations, including the preparation and distribution of materials and communications
• Mentor and develop junior staff, promoting a collaborative and high-performing culture

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry (3-5 years)
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
• A bachelor's or master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is preferred
