The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, project governance, agile methodologies, and AI-driven adoption strategies. The role requires effective collaboration between technical and business stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals. Key Responsibilities
- Project Management & Governance:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder & Business Liaison:
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Agile & Workflow Application Expertise:
- Implement agile best practices to improve project efficiency and team productivity.
- Define and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity in user stories.
- AI & Technology Adoption:
- Drive the adoption of AI and other emerging technologies within project deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in workflows.
- Compliance & Regulatory Coordination:
- Work closely with compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Address compliance concerns in technology implementation and project execution.
- Tool & Process Proficiency:
- Utilize tools such as Clarity, Microsoft Office, Confluence, and Azure DevOps (ADO) for project tracking and collaboration.
- Monitor project KPIs and generate reports for executive management.
- 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Project Delivery Lead for large transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience in business analysis and project governance.
- Expertise in agile methodologies, product backlog management, and workflow applications.
- Proven ability to drive AI adoption and automation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements and regulatory considerations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Clarity, Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, and Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Experience in financial services, healthcare, or highly regulated industries.
- Certification in PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master.
- Prior experience working in hybrid work environments.
