Extensive experience in retail marketing with a focus on increasing foot traffic and sales performance. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. Proven ability to work independently while also thriving in collaborative team settings. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools, with experience managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation. Strong creative problem-solving skills combined with a results-oriented approach to achieving objectives. Skilled in data analysis and reporting, with a focus on extracting actionable insights to guide marketing strategies. Outstanding people management abilities, fostering team growth and collaboration. Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and partners. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
