Position title: Administrator | USA Tax & Accounting Firm | 20 hrs a week part-time and year-round Hours: 20 hrs per week | Mon - Fri 5 AM to 9 AM PHT | Sun - Thurs 2 PM to 6 PM PST Pay: $850 to $1,250 Monthly | With 50% benefits (20 hrs per week paid bi-monthly $425 to $625 per bi-monthly payment)(Hourly equivalent $9.81 to $14.42)(Benefits at 50% include 100 paid hours off per year in a full year) Position duration: Ideally very long term . Pending capacity and capability, opportunity for more working hours may be extended. Planned reviews are to be at the 30-day, 90-day, and mid-year ongoing mark. This is not a role designed to be a temporary job. Start date: Feb 17th, 2 PM PST time (Feb 18th, 5 AM). (Start time may be semi-flexible depending on our mutual needs) Description: The Administrator performs tax filing support, billing, on/off-boarding, and project management functions. The right candidate will have extreme attention to detail and be able to perform several small, but very important tasks within the same working day. Direct experience is not required across all functions. Strong grasp of Excel, general accounting, and report generation are required. Written English must be clear and concise. Requirements:
- 3+ years of relatable experience in the field of accounting, project, and/or office management. Accounting degree or similar is preferred, but not required.
- Dedicated, secure, quiet, and focused home office (equipment provided).

- Equipment provided with secure work monitoring for security & productivity.
- Hours worked more or less than typical 50% part-time expectation will be utilized for time off or the use of time off hours.
- Time off hours: Paid out as needed upon separation or at request once in excess of 50 hours.
- Time off hours encompass sick time, holidays, accrual, and can also be referred to as flex time.
- No side-work policy: Approval must be obtained for any other paid position that would bring your weekly paid working hours in excess of 40.
- No 13th month pay or bonus structure expected: Hourly salary equivalent is designed to cover such requirements in excess of minimum wage, as well as healthcare costs.
- This position is that of a contractor and has no Philippine workplace benefit programs.
- This is an at-will position, meaning that either the worker or employer may terminate the position or worker at any time.
- Pay is in Philippine Peso, based upon current exchange rates, at the US dollar pay scale. This may vary between 1% over or under the international exchange rate.
