Position: Jr. Manager Projects – Interior Fit Out Execution Location: Mumbai We are seeking a new Jr. Manager Projects - who will be the interface between project ownership and delivery. You are required to act as a point of contact between on-site deliverables and respective White fox Designs LLP reporting team ensuring the desired project objectives are delivered. Main Accountability & Tasks:
- Conduct Initial Site visit; Prepare Site Visit Report
- Inputs to design team for preparation of technical drawings / GFC Drawings as per the design to circulate on the site for execution as and when required
- Prepare Broad Timelines
- Resource Planning
- On site vendor handling along with coordinating with all agencies for making work front available as per work sequence
- Identify Long lead items and inform to respective reporting manager
- Identify any critical items that can be forecasted to mitigate risk
- Work closely with the procurement team, respective reporting team, design team, accounts team
- Co-ordinate with all in house project team, on boarded vendors / contractors for kick off meetings
- All time presence on site during construction phase
- Co-ordination with all concern team for material tracking
- Co-ordination with Respective reporting manager + Client team regularly for updates, approvals, any site related queries to conclude any / all types of feedback / remarks from client’s end as & when required
- Daily tracking on site activity to ensure vendor work front availability, work sequence being followed, quality of the work being done etc. and reporting to the management for any deviation / escalation
- Provide technical support to on site vendor team to maintain desired quality
- Track the project as per planned schedule
- Analyze the delay if any and provide solutions
- Quality check. Maintain high quality standards. Develop Quality check methods and implement
- Check all contractor / vendor bills for further processing
- Co-ordinate / communicate with all departments
- Make client billing as per pre-defined milestones
- Obtaining all necessary documents, warranty guarantee certificates from vendors / would be then handed over to client
- Make proper hand over report. Follow up and coordination with client for completion certificates
- Monitor snagging / de-snagging process. Minimize snags
- Should have knowledge of BOQ
- Should be able to lead and handle all on site vendor team and work fronts
- Detail oriented, process driven approach, problem solving skills
- Planning, coordination & execution skills
- Ownership of the work being carried out
- Well versed with MS Office
- Well versed with AutoCAD
- Qualification: HSC/Graduate with Degree / Diploma in Interior Designing
- Experience: 7 to 8 Years
