Data Engineer

Job Description: AWS Data Engineer Location: Remote (If project has any requirement, you may come to office anyday) CTC: Up to 1L per month (as per experience) Experience: 5+ years Notice Period: Immediate joiners only About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Data Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in AWS tools, data storage technologies, and data pipeline development. You will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions and processes that address business requirements, and support scalable cloud-based data infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

1. Tech Skills:

• Proficiency with AWS Tools: Hands-on experience with AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, Amazon Kinesis, Amazon EMR, Amazon Athena, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon CloudWatch, Amazon SNS, and AWS Step Functions.
• Programming Skills: Strong experience with programming languages like Python, Java, or Scala.
• Data Storage Technologies Expertise: Deep knowledge of Data Warehousing, Database technologies, and Big Data ecosystem technologies such as AWS Redshift, AWS RDS, and Hadoop.
• AWS Data Lakes: Proven experience working with AWS S3 to store and process structured and unstructured data sets in AWS data lakes.

1. Development Experience:

• Design and Develop Data Pipelines: Create and manage data pipelines to ingest, process, and transform data. Deliver cloud-based serverless solutions that meet customer needs.
• ETL/ELT Processes: Implement Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) and Extract, Load, Transform (ELT) workflows to move data seamlessly between source systems, Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and Lake Houses using AWS tools.
• Design Data Solutions: Use analytical skills to design innovative and effective data solutions that align with business requirements, facilitating decision-making.

1. Good to Have:

• DevOps Practices: Experience in DevOps methodologies and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation to streamline data engineering processes.
• Certifications: AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty or AWS Certified Big Data – Specialty (a plus).

• 5+ years of experience as an AWS Data Engineer or a related role.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing and AWS ecosystem.
• Proficiency in data pipeline development and data engineering best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be an immediate joiner.

• Salary/CTC: Up to 1 LPA based on experience.
• Experience Requirement: 5+ years.
