#PhysicsWallah is hiring for Facility Manager Role Locations :- Bhagalpur Compensation upto 5.5lpa Experience - 1-5 Years experience in IT/BPO/Studio EdTech industry. Should have good knowledge in Facility Management, electromechanically and soft services, Upkeep of The facility day to day operation , basic knowledge of SOP & policies pertaining to day to operation of equipment's and soft services , well versed with day to day facility Check list. *Btech and Electrical diploma is Preferred* *Local Candidates are preferred* KEY RESPONSIBILITES :- Knowledge of operation of VP in all aspect of Administration & Facilities Knowledge of operation /working of all equipment's like AC /DG /UPS etc. Knowledge operation and working of Smart boards / equipment's installed in class rooms Knowledge of safety procedures & their implementations as per SOP Knowledge of all Admin & Facility related SOP Tracking and maintaining records of all consumables- like Daily electrical consumption, service records of Facility equipment's Keeping records of Diesel consumption and received Knowledge of Store/inventory operation Knowledge of service/maintenance of All equipment's
