Responsibilities: Record daily cash receipts from customers in AR ledger and perform reconciliation. Update weekly sales invoices generated in accounting records. Distribute monthly statements of accounts to customers followed by month-end closing. Ensure all supplier invoices are accurately coded and matched to purchase orders post-goods receipt. Capture credit card transactions and match payments to supplier invoices in the AP ledger. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations. Assist in the preparation of financial and accounting reports and quarterly GST reports. Assist with HR Administration matters. Job Requirements: Degree in Accounting and Finance. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Prior exposure in Manufacturing/Electronics Industry will be advantageous.
