About the Team: As a Global Lead of Workforce Performance, you will lead a team in designing, implementing, and optimizing daily performance measurement systems and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your role involves analyzing performance data, conducting root cause analysis, providing real-time support to address performance challenges, and identifying critical resources needed to achieve business goals, coaching and developing team members, and building a culture of inquiry and expertise. Additionally, you will establish performance improvement governance and lead the implementation of initiatives to enhance organizational performance. You will collaborate across departments to optimize: Productivity Quality Risk Cost performances, aligning them with our strategic goals. To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of performance management principles, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to set and track KPIs related to workforce efficiency, productivity, risk, and customer experience. Responsibilities: Process Optimization: Ability to analyze, design, and implement efficient workflows and processes to enhance operational performance. Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in using data analytics to identify inefficiencies, monitor progress, and guide strategic decisions. Project Management: Strong project management skills to lead initiatives, manage timelines, and ensure successful execution of efficiency improvement projects. Continuous Improvement Mindset: Expertise in methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to drive ongoing improvements and foster a culture of efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with different teams and departments to align efforts and achieve common efficiency goals. Change Management: Skilled in managing and facilitating organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions and buy-in from stakeholders. Communication and Leadership: Strong communication skills to articulate strategies and lead teams effectively towards operational excellence. Resource Management: Ability to optimize resource allocation, ensuring that both human and material resources are utilized efficiently. Risk Management: Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with operational inefficiencies. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Masters Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced knowledge of Hoshin Plan, X Matrix, Kaizen methodology. Proven experience in workforce performance metrics management, data analysis, and root cause analysis. Basic knowledge of automation, modeling, data structure, database. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop effective solutions to workforce-related issues. Understanding of Toyota performance management principles and KPI development will be a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to think strategically and align performance management initiatives with long-term business objectives. Fundamental knowledge of business accounting or financial accounting is a plus. Preferred Experience: 5 years of experience in workforce performance metrics management or related roles. Experience in Gemba Walk, Managing Daily Improvement, A3 methodology will be a plus. Experience in establishing and leading performance improvement initiatives. Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting systems. Experienced in cost-saving management projects or programs.
