Role Overview: We are seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Workplace and Facilities Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, supply chain processes, and EHS compliance, coupled with hands-on expertise in SAP systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our workplace facilities, adhering to the highest standards of safety and efficiency, and driving strategic initiatives to align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Facility Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of workplace facilities, ensuring optimal functionality and maintenance.
  • EHS Compliance: Implement and monitor adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Contracts Management: Oversee vendor contracts, negotiations, and performance to optimize cost and service quality.
  • SAP and Asset Management: Use SAP systems for inventory control and asset management to streamline operations.
  • Budgetary Planning: Develop and manage operational budgets in alignment with company objectives.
  • Property and Lease Management: Handle property leasing, acquisition processes, and legal compliance.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet operational demands.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project Leadership: Lead construction, renovation, and maintenance projects to meet quality and cost standards.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Strategize and improve supply chain processes for effective resource utilization.

  • Proficiency in SAP systems and a strong understanding of EHS regulations.
  • Advanced expertise in contracts management, construction project management, and strategic planning.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship management abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • B. Tech/Bachelor’s in Science with a PGD in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics Management, or Sales.
  • Hands-on expertise in workplace and facilities operations, SAP systems, and EHS compliance.
