Site Manager (Fit Out) Location: Leixlip, Kildare Project: Education and Health Care Project Salary: €65,000 - €70,000 per annum + Vehicle Job Description: Overview: Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager (Fit Out) to oversee fit-out operations for a major projects Leixlip, Kildare. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-value projects with a leading construction firm, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained throughout the fit-out process. Key Responsibilities: Managing all fit-out activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines. Coordinating with the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient project execution. Overseeing the installation of interior finishes, fixtures, and fittings. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Preparing and maintaining site documentation, including progress reports and records. Identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the fit-out process. Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to ensure project requirements are met. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Site Manager role, with a strong focus on fit-out projects. Proven track record of successfully managing high-value fit-out projects, preferably in the education and health care sectors. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations related to fit-out. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
