Business Development Manager – Large Molecules & Biologics Location: Hyderabad, India Experience: 8-15 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and strategic partnerships for our end-to-end integrated CDMO services specializing in large molecules and discovery biologic molecules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry, experience in CDMO services, and a proven track record of cultivating relationships with clients in the biologics space. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Business Development:
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients for CDMO services specializing in large molecules and discovery biologics.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive intelligence.
- Provide actionable insights to internal teams to develop tailored solutions for client needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prepare compelling proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure alignment with client expectations, project feasibility, and company objectives.
- Partner with R&D, manufacturing, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Communicate client requirements effectively to ensure quality assurance and timely delivery.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Promote the company’s expertise and capabilities in large molecule and biologic discovery services.
- Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8-15 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the biopharma/CDMO industry.
- In-depth knowledge of large molecule and biologic drug development processes.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
