Job description Position - Lead Generation Manager / Sr. Lead Generation Executive / Lead Generation Specialist Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Manager to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in lead generation through email marketing, cold calling, client coordination, and lead generation portals such as ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and Lusha. Experience with bidding platforms like Upwork and Freelancer will be considered a plus. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify and attract potential clients.
- Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and generate leads.
- Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce services, qualify leads, and set up meetings or demos.
- Lead Generation Portals: Utilize platforms such as ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and Lusha for lead sourcing and prospecting.
- Client Coordination: Coordinate with potential clients to understand their requirements, set up meetings, and facilitate follow-ups.
- Bidding Platforms: Experience with bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc., to identify and pursue relevant projects.
- Data Management: Maintain and update the lead database in CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor lead generation metrics, analyse campaign performance, and suggest improvements to optimize results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handover and maximize conversion.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM software for lead management and tracking.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
