Responsibilities

  • Managing account data on Tally.
  • Good command on Excel
  • Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
  • Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting
  • Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection.
  • Monthly MIS and cash flow preparation.
  • Banking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS
  • Prepare Salary Statement, PF Account and other employee statutory task
  • Supportive role in Budget Preparation, Audit and finalization of Accounts
Qualifications
  • Bachelor/ master’s degree in commerce
  • 4-6 years of experience working in education industry (preferably)
  • Knowledge of PF, PT, TDS, GST etc.
