Job Title: Marketing Executive/ Manager Location: Gaya, Muzaffarpur , Patna Company: Arka Jain University Website: Salary Package: ₹2 LPA - ₹5 LPA Joining Date: Immediate Working Days: Monday to Saturday Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Job Description: Arka Jain University seeks dynamic and motivated Marketing Executives /Managers to join our teams in Gaya, Muzaffarpur , Patna .  Responsibilities include connecting with prospective students, generating leads, and driving enrollments for our academic programs.  The role requires strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and the ability to build relationships with potential students and educational stakeholders like schools, colleges, institutions, coaching centers, etc. Key Responsibilities:

• Student Engagement: Connect daily with prospective students through leads/database on the Admission CRM, understanding their upskilling needs.
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate a pool of prospects by matching students' areas of interest with relevant programs.
• Information Sharing: Provide detailed information about the university’s programs via phone or home visits, creating a solid potential database.
• Outreach Activities: Visit schools, colleges, and tuition centers to give presentations, seminars, and collect students’ data.
• Target Achievement: Ensure daily deliverables are met and achieve weekly/ monthly enrollment targets.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Graduation is mandatory; MBA is preferred.

• Other Requirements: Own bike is mandatory, Prior experience is an advantage.

Selection Process:

• Round 1: Personal Interview with the Head of Marketing (HOM) 
• Round 2: Interview with the panel
