Job Title Internal Communications Manager Division HCLTech - DPO Location Chennai / Noida Detailed Description: Develop and execute communication strategies to effectively inform and engage employees across an organization, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with company goals, by creating content for various channels like Townhalls, roundtables, newsletters, intranet updates, and presentations, while collaborating with Business leaders to deliver clear communication to employees across the globe. Minimum Experience 12-15 years overall work experience with 5+ years’ experience in internal communication role Minimum Qualification MBA Roles & Responsibilities

• Strategy development: Creating and implementing internal communication plans that aligns with strategic roadmap, business plans and vision.
• Content creation: Writing and editing engaging content for internal communication channels like Townhalls, roundtables, newsletters, emails, intranet updates, and presentations.
• Channel management: Overseeing and updating internal communication platforms like the company intranet, employee portals, and digital platforms.
• Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with business and operational leadership to create communication plan that aligns with company’s vision.
• Employee engagement initiatives: Designing and executing programs to foster employee connection and participation, such as town halls, surveys, and recognition programs.
• Metrics and analysis: Monitoring the effectiveness of internal communication efforts through data analysis and making adjustments as needed.
