This remote role is ideal for professionals who have a deep understanding of the US staffing industry, proven success in IT consultant placements, and expertise in working with diverse visa types and work authorizations. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and market candidates to clients and staffing vendors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
• Source job requirements and effectively match them with suitable consultants.
• Negotiate rates, terms, and ensure seamless onboarding processes for consultants.
• Maintain an updated database of consultants and available job opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly placement targets.

• Experience: 5 to 10 years as a Sales Recruiter in the US IT Staffing or IT recruitment industry.
• Strong knowledge of the US staffing industry with sales recruitment life cycle, and IT skill sets .
• Proven track record of successfully placing IT consultants in contract or full-time roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with multitasking skills.
