Role Description Uncompromised is looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Udaipur , with the possibility of remote work for exceptional candidates. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in building and optimising both front-end and back-end solutions that drive innovation in sustainable agriculture and regenerative food systems . You’ll work across the stack to develop scalable, high-performance applications that will be used by a wide variety of users (from farm users to agronomists and scientists), collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to bring impactful solutions to life. We’re seeking a versatile, independent problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments. Whether or not you strictly follow Agile methodologies, you should embrace an iterative build-deploy-improve approach to product development. • Design, develop, and maintain web applications to support Uncompromised's mission.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable, user-centric solutions.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (currently on AWS) to ensure system reliability and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to improve performance.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and implement best practices to support innovation.

• Proven experience in full-stack web development, including front-end and back-end expertise.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frameworks. Experience with cross-platform Mobile App development using React Native is a plus.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure management (preferably AWS).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Passion for sustainability and alignment with Uncompromised's mission is a strong plus.
