The ideal candidate will have a strong background in one or more of the following areas: vinyl, tiling, carpet, wood flooring, or wall cladding. Key Responsibilities: Installation and Maintenance: Carry out high-quality installation and maintenance of flooring types, including vinyl, tile, carpet, and wood, as well as wall cladding. Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with Contracts Director Tony Waters to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Main Contractor Liaison: Act as the primary contact for main contractors, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. Travel Flexibility: Be flexible with travel across Dublin region to support various projects. Quality Assurance: Ensure all installations adhere to company and industry standards, with a strong emphasis on detail and quality craftsmanship. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: vinyl, tiling, carpet, wood flooring, or wall cladding. Strong knowledge of installation techniques, tools, and safety practices. Experience working with main contractors and effectively managing stakeholder relationships. Flexibility and willingness to travel for work across the clients sites. High level of professionalism, reliability, and integrity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
