ServiceNow Sr Developer – ITSM/ITBM/CSM Location -Remote Key Areas of Responsibility:-· Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, AngularJS, and REST APIs. · Implement automated workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions. · Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using modern integration technologies and protocols like using Integration Hub, Flow Designer, REST, etc · Participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning and daily stand-ups. · Ability to develop portal development and widget creation · Ability to develop Agent Workspace functionality · Ability to develop (or learn) Mobile and / or Scoped Applications in App Engine · Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality, reliable ServiceNow applications. · Document technical specifications and user guides to support ongoing system maintenance. · Maintain developer knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and products · Ensure all time is recorded accurately and keep calendar up to date with scheduled activities · Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Required Qualifications:-· 4+ years working on the ServiceNow platform. · Proven consulting experience as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of ITSM or ITBM or CMS solutions in client environments · ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)· ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)· ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM)· Developer level proficiency in at least two product lines including current CIS certification. · Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JS: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly, etc.
