Douglas Control & Automation are seeking an ambitious Technical Business Development Manager to take over our very well established Projects division. What youll do Cement relations with existing key customers Develop new customers Account management of long standing customers Work with many different stakeholders within customer organisations Identify new technologies/sectors that the company should consider Draft proposals and quotations What it takes 3 years of sales experience with a Technical background Degree educated, level 7 or higher Experience as an automation/control engineer would be an advantage Knowledge / experience of market leading automation software and equipment such as PLC, SCADA, drives, robots, etc. a major advantage Ability to work within a team Good communication skills Why Douglas Control & Automation We are the longest established Irish company in the automation sector, with an enviable record of successfully implemented, innovative and cost effective projects.
