Recycling Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated MRF Plant Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) in Clondalkin. This role involves managing personnel, optimizing plant operations, and maintaining a safe, efficient working environment. If you have strong leadership skills and are passionate about sustainability, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Supervise MRF staff, ensuring efficient and safe work practices. Implement best practices to maximize production and plant efficiency. Monitor performance data and lead the team to meet KPI targets. Develop work schedules and ensure operational coverage, including leave management. Oversee material handling, staffing levels, and daily operations. Maintain quality standards for incoming loads and address contamination issues. Ensure compliance with revenue and cost-control measures. Manage a comprehensive maintenance program for all plant equipment. Ensure staff are trained and comply with Health & Safety guidelines. Address safety concerns and operational issues promptly. Requirements: Proven supervisory experience in a production or waste management environment. Experience in multi-shift, labour-intensive operations. Strong leadership and communication skills.
