On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to join a nursing home in Co. Clare. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the delivery of high standards of nursing and social care, adhering to home policies and best clinical practices. Supervise medication management, ensuring compliance and coordinating with GPs and pharmacies for reviews and audits. Lead and support Staff Nurses and Care Assistants, fostering professional development and a caring approach to resident care. Conduct and oversee clinical, environmental, and medication audits, implementing action plans to maintain quality standards. Act as a primary contact for residents and families, managing daily interactions and addressing any concerns or complaints effectively. Requirements: First-level registration with active NMBI registration. Previous managerial training or experience is an advantage. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
