Senior SQL DBA Daily Rate Contract Experienced Senior SQL Database Administrator needed to manage critical database environments on a contract basis. This is mainly a remote work opportunity with one day of onsite work required per month. Responsibilities include: - Administering and managing multiple lifecycle environments - Optimizing system health, utilizing data modeling techniques, providing timely problem resolution, and streamlining processes through automation. The ideal candidate should have: - 8 years of experience in MS SQL Server Administration - Expertise in Performance Tuning & Optimization (PTO) and knowledge of Backup/Restore Operations. - Experience with backups, restores and recovery models - Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server - Experience working with Windows server, including Active Directory Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with our client's team. You should be flexible towards teamwork and have a "get-it-done" mentality without compromising quality.
