Senior / Fit Out Executive (Engineer)

Ensure vacant units are customer-ready for handing over. Ensure tenant’s reinstatement complies with our requirements and standards Check tenants' design proposals comply with the landlord's fit-out manual/design guidelines and statutory regulations. Ensure timely completion of fit-out projects. Conduct site inspections to ensure full compliance with all regulations and in-house rules. Ensure tenants' reinstatement works are carried out in accordance with the lease agreement. Ensure fit-out workflow is complete, e.g. plans are approved, insurances in place, statutory plans/permits obtained, risk assessment report submitted, Licences for F&B outlets and refund of fit-out deposit. Update fit-out manual/design guidelines by incorporating new legislations, in-house rules, governmental advisories and best industry practices. Work with Property Management / Marketing on space re-configurations and common area designs. Any other duties assigned Key Requirements Diploma or Degree Major in Electrical/ Engineering/ Mechanical/ Facilities Management/ Architecture/ Building/ Quantity Surveying or related fields Min 5-8 years of relevant experience in Engineering/ Facilities Management industry / Retail/ Corporate office interiors or renovation industries Independent, analytical and precise decision-making are essential qualities of the individual A hands-on individual with effective communication skills who can work collaboratively within a team and communicate with tenants and management Ability to mobilize and engage diverse teams Ability to work under tight schedules and pressure #J-18808-Ljbffr
