Job Info: Salary: Basic up to $3500 + VB Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 6pm) Location: Woodlands Job Scope: Support the Project & Maintenance Manager in various tasks, including project monitoring, cost estimation, scheduling, construction oversight, and reviewing technical details Collaborate with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure adherence to project design specifications Manage license applications related to the project Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports as required Oversee and coordinate site work progress, conduct quality checks, and ensure contractors' and vendors' work complies with design specifications Track and ensure project budgets, timelines, and specifications are met while maintaining the expected quality standards Attend site meetings and inspections, and liaise with designers, contractors, clients, and consultants to address project requirements Provide regular updates on project status and implement corrective actions to maintain schedules Perform any additional duties as assigned by superiors on an ad-hoc basis Requirements: NTC / Nitec / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, process engineering or related disciplines Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience Please submit your updated resume by using the APPLY NOW BUTTON . *We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.*#J-18808-Ljbffr
