Job Description JOB OBJECTIVE The role holder assists with planning and co-ordination in support of Human Resources (HR) plans and projects. Work is assigned by the HR manager, with specific direction and periodic review of progress and results, although the role holder will be required to work autonomously with the assigned task and liaise with the business as required regarding details. Work will be delivered in accordance with functional policy and guidelines, preferred suppliers and budget restrictions. Responsibilities KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assists the relevant HR team(s) with planning and delivery of specific work activities
  2. Supports HR activities as required in support of the employee life-cycle
  3. Supports line managers with basic HR activities and queries
  4. Coordinate events/HR programmes as required, ensuring relevant stakeholders are kept informed of progress

LEVEL OF INFLUENCE & DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY The role holder works within clear direction and existing guidelines, with the need to show initiative when dealing with and planning tasks. Qualifications PERSON SPECIFICATION Qualifications
  1. Good standard of education – HR or business-related qualification preferred
Job Specific Experience
  1. Knowledge of people practices and applicable legislative frameworks
  2. Previous experience in an HR environment preferred
Knowledge Of
