The Travel Consultant/Executive Secretary will provide essential support to the CEO, overseeing both executive administrative duties and travel consulting services for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Bahrain tourism, travel industry standards, and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to ensure smooth operations for both the CEO and Winair Travels. Key Responsibilities
General Administration
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring all necessary parties are informed.
- Assist in organizing events, meetings, and conferences.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials for the CEO.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Take minutes during key meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Organize and maintain office files, client records, and correspondence.
- Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Travel Consulting
- Answer inquiries related to travel and assist with day-to-day office tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel planning process.
- Address client inquiries promptly.
- Follow up with clients after their trips to gather feedback and build relationships.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, new destinations, and travel promotions.
- GDS Systems Proficiency - Demonstrated expertise in using GDS such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
- Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar travel-related role and Administrative role.
- Bahrain driving license.
