Project Control Manager

Job details

· Provides support to Project Director to establish and maintain project control tools. · Develops, implements, and maintains project control reports. · Maintains computerized project reports as dictated by the project contractual requirements and Client’s needs. · Reviews, evaluates and recommends changes to the project documents as required. · Provides cash flow projections and forecasts. · Prepares, maintains and updates Detailed Works planning and program. · Liaises with Construction Managers and site team to ensure interface issues are identified and dealt with in a timely manner. · Monitors and reports design review progress of Client. · Other duties as directed. Languages: · Arabic - Native / Mother Tongue · English - Very Good

Requirements

· Degree in Engineering or related discipline. · 10 years’ experience with planning, project control and delivery of 5-star hotels or high-profile projects. · Minimum of 5 years in a similar role. · Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills. · Possess drive initiative, result-oriented, and ability to work under pressure.
