Reporting to the MD of HR based locally, with a dotted line to the leadership team locally, this individual will play a lead role in Singapore, working closely with the leadership team to drive and embed the people strategy and oversee the execution of annual HR processes. This individual will operate in a strategic and hands-on end-to-end Senior BP Lead role with a strong relationship management focus. This individual will manage a HR Business Partner based in Singapore. This individual will have a track record operating as a Senior HR Business Partner in a global boutique within financial services, trading, insurance, or buy-side organization. They will enjoy providing bespoke people solutions and a high-touch consultative service to the business, being able to drive commercial outcomes as well as deep-diving where necessary from an execution perspective, with a focus on quality deliverables and best-in-class HR service.
