Job details

You will be responsible for:

  1. Ensure proper installation, configuration, and operational procedures for servers, hardware, peripherals, and storage, while adhering to governance policies and standards.
  2. Supervise preparation for system integration and infrastructure setup to align with IT enterprise architecture.
  3. Analyze and assess the impact of change requests on IT infrastructure and provide technical recommendations.
  4. Supervise testing of IT infrastructure components to ensure they meet performance standards.
  5. Conduct periodic reviews to optimize infrastructure and systems for maximum performance and productivity.
  6. Provide expert support in resolving infrastructure incidents to ensure high availability and reliability.
  7. Work with external vendors for advanced support and timely resolution of complex incidents.
  8. Develop and oversee backup and recovery plans, ensuring reliable operations of backup processes and media.
Perform Other Activities As And When Required You will need:
  1. At least 8 years of experience in a relevant field.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent is preferred.

  1. ضمان إجراءات التشغيل المناسبة والأجهزة الطرفية والتخزين، مع الالتزام بالسياسات المحددة.
  2. الإشراف على التحضير لدمج النظام وإعداد البنية الأساسية بما يتماشى مع بنية المؤسسة لتكنولوجيا المعلومات.
  3. تحليل وتقييم طلبات التغيير على البنية الأساسية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات وتقديم التوصيات الفنية.
  4. الإشراف على اختبار مكونات البنية الأساسية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات لضمان استيفائها لمعايير الأداء.
  5. إجراء مراجعات دورية لتحسين البنية الأساسية والأنظمة لتحقيق أقصى قدر من الأداء والإنتاجية.
  6. تقديم الدعم الخبير في حل مشاكل البنية الأساسية لضمان التوافر العالي والموثوقية.
  7. العمل مع أصحاب المصلحة للحصول على دعم متقدم وحل الحوادث المعقدة في الوقت المناسب.
  8. تطوير وإشراف على خطط النسخ الاحتياطي والاسترداد، وضمان عمليات موثوقة لعمليات النسخ الاحتياطي والوسائط.
أداء أنشطة أخرى حسب الحاجة :متطلبات الوظيفة
  1. خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
  2. درجة البكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو ما يعادلها.
