Overview: As the Gen AI Data and Data Security Advisory Manager, the candidate will lead a team of security experts providing strategic guidance and advisory services to ensure the security and integrity of client organizations' data assets and artificial intelligence systems, particularly in the context of the emerging Gen AI demographic. Responsibilities:

• Strategic Advisory : Provide strategic guidance and advisory services to client leadership and key stakeholders on Gen AI data and AI security risks, trends, and best practices.
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation : Lead comprehensive risk assessments of client data and AI systems, considering the impact and vulnerabilities associated with Gen AI technologies and user behaviors.
• Security Framework Development : Design and implement data and AI security frameworks responsive to the unique characteristics of Gen AI technologies and users.
• Security Policy and Standards Development : Develop and maintain data and AI security policies, standards, and guidelines that address the challenges presented by Gen AI technologies.
• Security Awareness and Training : Develop and deliver training programs to educate client employees on data and AI security risks and best practices.
• Incident Response Planning and Management : Develop and maintain incident response plans for client data and AI security incidents.
• Vendor Risk Management : Evaluate and manage security risks associated with third-party vendors involved in client data and AI operations.
• Security Governance and Compliance : Establish and maintain effective security governance processes for client organizations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with client cross-functional teams to integrate Gen AI-specific security considerations into data and AI initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement and Research : Stay informed about industry trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives for client organizations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
• Experience in data and AI security, with a focus on providing advisory services.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of data privacy and protection regulations.
• Understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and neural networks.
• Experience with cloud security best practices.
• Experience with security frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience with security risk assessment methodologies and tools.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully leading security advisory engagements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
