• قراءة المخططات والتعليمات لفهم توقعات الجودة للمنتج والمستلزمات • الموافقة على المواد الخام أو رفضها فيما يتعلق بمعايير الجودة وتسجيل أداء الموردين • تحديد عينات الإخراج والتحقق منها باستخدام الطرق المناسبة (قياس الأبعاد، وظائف الاختبار، المقارنة بالمواصفات وما إلى ذلك)• استخدام الأنظمة لأداء إجراءات الاختبار المعقدة • الاحتفاظ بسجلات الاختبارات والمعلومات والمقاييس المختلفة مثل عدد المنتجات المعيبة في اليوم وما إلى ذلك • فحص إجراءات دورة الإنتاج بأكملها للتأكد من كفاءتها ومطابقتها لمعايير السلامة • مراقبة استخدام المعدات للتأكد من أنها آمنة وصيانتها جيدًا والتخلص من أي معدات لا تفي بالمتطلبات • القيام بإعداد التقارير وإرسالها إلى مدير الجودة وإتباع جميع السياسات والعمليات وإجراءات التشغيل الموحدة والتعليمات ذات الصلة وضمان تنفيذ العمل بطريقة متسقة وخاضعة للرقابة • المساهمة في تحديد فرص التحسين المستمر للنظم والعمليات والممارسات، مع مراعاة الممارسات الرائدة، وتحسين العمليات التجارية، وخفض التكاليف وتحسين الإنتاجية • تشجيع تنفيذ السياسات والعمليات وإجراءات التشغيل ذات الصلة والالتزام بها Skills التحقق من جودة جميع المواد والمنتجات الواردة والصادرة وكذلك إجراءات الإنتاج للتأكد من أن المنتجات مصنوعة من مواد لا تشوبها شائبة مع معدات تعمل بشكل جيد ليتمتع العملاء ببضائع عالية الجودة وتحقيق النجاح على المدى الطويل #J-18808-Ljbffr
