Job Description: System Technician (SCADA Panel Manufacturing) Position Summary: We are seeking a System Technician with 1 to 3 years of experience in SCADA panel manufacturing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting SCADA panels and related systems, ensuring compliance with engineering designs and quality standards.   • Assemble, wire, and test SCADA panels according to engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Install and integrate electrical components, including PLCs, RTUs, and communication devices, into panels.
  • Conduct functional and continuity testing of wiring and systems to ensure operational reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SCADA panels to meet performance requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards such as IEC, UL, or NEC during the manufacturing process.
  • Collaborate with engineers and senior technicians to address manufacturing challenges and quality improvements.
  • Document test results, configurations, and modifications for records and quality assurance purposes.
  • Maintain tools and equipment for manufacturing and testing tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor&aposs degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in SCADA panel manufacturing or related areas.
  • Familiarity with wiring, assembly, and functional testing of control panels.
  • Basic knowledge of SCADA systems, PLCs, RTUs, and communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Understanding of electrical safety standards and industry best practices.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in wiring and assembly tasks.
  • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with electrical tools and software.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to learn and support the installation or commissioning of SCADA panels at client sites, if required.
  • Experience in industries such as power, water, or manufacturing is a plus.
