The Service Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational excellence of municipal services while driving innovation and business growth. This position requires a strong background in business development, due diligence, and financial and commercial acumen to identify opportunities, manage service delivery, and foster impactful partnerships. The ability to lead a cross-functional team is essential to successfully navigate complex projects and drive results.

Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate business opportunities to enhance service offerings and drive revenue growth.
Conduct comprehensive due diligence and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative service models and revenue streams.
Prepare business cases, financial models, and market-sounding analyses to support decision-making.
Represent Ashraq in meetings and negotiations with external partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Oversee end-to-end service delivery operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Develop and enforce service standards, KPIs, and protocols to optimize performance.
Lead initiatives to digitize and streamline processes, enhancing customer-centric operations.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
Provide insights into pricing strategies, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform service development and investment decisions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration and mutual success.
