Job Description AtkinsRéalis is looking for IT Specialist, Systems Development . A Software developer with 5+ years within the Technology field whose primary function will be designing and implementing business applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools. Key Responsibilities:

Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to demonstrate the application design.
Develop and implement data models using Microsoft Dataverse to support application requirements.
Build custom applications using Power Apps, including canvas apps, model-driven apps and custom pages.
Implement automation workflows using Power Automate to streamline and optimize business processes.
Integrate automation with other Power Platform components and external systems.
Customize and configure Power Platform components and environment to meet specific business needs.
Configure and manage security roles, groups, and permissions within the Power Apps environment.
Implement auditing mechanisms within the Power Platform environment to track changes, access, and usage.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

In-depth understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
Strong knowledge of data modeling, relationships, and data management within Dataverse.
Understanding of Dataverse security models and role-based access controls.
Understanding of software development principles, including coding standards and version control.
Proficient in developing custom applications using Power Apps, including both canvas and model-driven apps.
Ability to build complex forms, screens, and user interfaces in Power Apps.
Skilled in creating and optimizing automation workflows with Power Automate, including integrating with various connectors and services.
Ability to configure and manage security groups, roles, and permissions within the Power Platform.
Skilled in setting up and managing audit trails to monitor application usage and data access.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 Years of Experience in developing applications and solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
2+ Years of Experience working with Microsoft Dataverse, including designing and implementing data models and managing data within the platform.
2+ Years of Experience in automating business processes using Power Automate, including complex workflows and integrations.
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (Desirable).
