Blooming, a rapidly growing retail brand, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth and awareness. The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative, and passionate about developing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and elevate our brand presence in the market. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Blooming's business objectives, focusing on brand growth, customer acquisition, and loyalty/retention.
  2. Brand Development: Enhance brand identity and positioning through creative campaigns and initiatives that reflect the brand's values and appeal to our target market.
  3. Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including social media, content marketing, SEO, and email marketing, to increase online visibility and engagement.
  4. Market Research: Conduct market research, brand health tracker, and consumer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, ensuring that marketing strategies are data-driven and customer-focused.
  5. Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and develop strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand visibility and expand market reach.
  6. Campaign Management: Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all platforms.
  7. Launches & Events: Plan and execute product launches and events, utilizing both internal and external resources to maximize impact and engagement.
  8. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizing resources to achieve maximum impact and return on investment.
  9. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages professional growth and creativity.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand development, digital marketing, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
